I have hope and determination, and I always enjoy a good fight. This is undoubtedly the biggest fight of my life, but I am in it to win!
At 44, with three children ages 4, 8 and 11, my beautiful wife and I heard those words we feared most, “You have ALS.” That was in November 2017. I spent two weeks grieving, and then I shifted my thinking. Life is short, so I got busy living. I am fighting. … I have hope and determination, and I always enjoy a good fight. This is undoubtedly the biggest fight of my life, but I am in it to win! Let’s win! I am ALS!!
