I am Roger Brannon

a U.S. military veteran living with ALS

Maryland

They never gave up on their dreams and I will never give up my fight against ALS. We will find a cure because we never give up!

After my diagnosis in May 2016 I was assigned to Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Battalion. The Washington Nationals would give tickets behind home plate to military at Walter Reed. I got to take my family to a game and then attend game 5 of the first round of playoffs. Both were great times and gave a reason to stop thinking about ALS. The Nationals lost in the first round. But, they would never give up their dream of winning the World Series. It would take them another three years to win the World Series! They never gave up on their dreams and I will never give up my fight against ALS. We will find a cure because we never give up!
