Mom, thank you for all that you have taught me. Thank you for all you are teaching me. I strive to be as loving, inclusive, and adventurous as you. You are the chart-climbing podcaster, the advocate-of-the-year, and the unmatched goodnight-texter. And, oh yeah, and you’ve beaten ALS for eighteen years!
Our ALS story has been very simple. Just keep believing, praying, walking. Through luck or fate, I am blessed to be doing these things with you today.
I am blessed to know you, let alone be your son.
