Jason is the most magical, mischievous, adventurous, loyal, and big-hearted person I know.
In fall 2021, one of my best lifelong friends, Jason Rice, was diagnosed with ALS. He is 43 years old, with a wife and two little girls. Jason is a Navy doctor and an Afghanistan veteran. He has deployed all over the world to support our troops and in communities where we have a military presence. Decades ago, he was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Micronesia.
His whole adult life has been dedicated to serving our country. Jason is the most magical, mischievous, adventurous, loyal, and big-hearted person I know. He’s also the Slash to my Axl, and a better flip cup player than me.
