Thank You Squad

When: Thursdays 2-2:30 ET

Co-Chairs: Maurine Tombrello (lost and has a friend with ALS), Abby Corsun Sims (an ALS advocate with no connection to ALS)

Mission Statement: To cultivate relationships and add a personalized touch through individual donor outreach.

What do we do: To ensure I AM ALS donors are being thanked, stewarded and recognized for their generosity and for pushing ALS research forward, quickly.

Goal:

  • Appropriately thank donors
  • Recognize the work and important moments in the lives of the I AM ALS core community

Accomplishments:

  • Sent over 11,500 thank you notes to over 22 different countries! (Since the team was founded in 2019)
  • Sent thank you notes to every legislator who cosponsored ACT for ALS
  • Sent thank you notes to every legislator who voted for ACT for ALS

What are we working on:

  • Sending handwritten thank you cards to every single I AM ALS donor
  • Continuing to thank donors and those who make a difference
