Names must be submitted by April 1, 2025.

Each May we plant 6,000 flags on the National Mall in Washington, DC. We do this to honor and memorialize the ones we love, bring awareness to the ALS community’s urgent needs, and inspire action to address those needs.

Each flag will have the name of someone living with, carrying a gene associated with, or who has died from ALS.
