Join John and Tracy Mulligan for a fun 5K run on the C+O Canal Towpath on September 23rd. All proceeds from the registration fees go directly to support I AM ALS and the movement to find a cure for this disease. I AM ALS is doing tremendous work to revolutionize how we cure ALS by empowering and mobilizing patients, engaging with policy-makers and offering vital resources for people impacted by ALS. See you soon for some exercise, some refreshments and a few laughs – all for a great cause! And if you can’t join us on race day, please consider making a donation to support I AM ALS.

The race will start and end near the beginning of the Towpath in Georgetown, and will be an out and back route. Before Potomac Avenue curves to the right and turns into Grace Street, NW, look to your left and you’ll see a large brick patio area right along the canal with tables and chairs.
Following the run, we’ll have refreshments and food at Mr. Smith’s – located about 2 blocks from where the run ends.
