I was diagnosed with ALS in October 2018. I am 54 years old. I have a son and two beautiful grandchildren. I need to live to see them grow up. I fight every day to keep living. And every day, I can feel my body getting a little weaker. I’ve been emailing and sending tweets by the hundreds — hoping to raise awareness and get therapy approved in time for me to stay alive. I’m not giving up!
