The photo is my dad! To me he is a Superhero. He is battling Bulbar ALS and has not eaten or drank anything in over a year and nonverbal.
He fights everyday for my three boys, Walker (17), Reese (15) and Lee (12). He does not miss a sporting event or big moment even in his everyday fight with ALS. His faith is sustaining and watching him battle this disease is teaching my boys endurance and perseverance. His choice is to WIN everyday staying alive for them! Mind over illness! My dad is an ALS Superhero!
