Help support for an increase in ALS funding
Senators are beginning to work on the 2025 Federal Budget. ALS advocates are submitting appropriations forms, right now. (To help them, join I AM ALS’ Legislative Team.) But we also need our Senate champions to help increase federal ALS research dollars.
The Senate ALS Caucus led by Senator Coons created a letter that will go to the committee that creates the budget, the Appropriations Committee. But the Senate ALS Caucus needs your help!
By filling out this form, you ask your Senators to join the Senate ALS Caucus’ letter.
This letter requests:
- $75 million for EAP under ACT for ALS
- $25 million for clinical investments at the FDA
- $80 million for DOD ALS research (edited)
- $160 million for NIH ALS research
- $15 million for CDC ALS registry
Let’s end ALS’ legacy as a fatally underfunded disease.
